Physical Therapists

Emily Kelly, PT, DPT
  • Emily graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2008 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has worked in the outpatient setting throughout her career. She has continued education training in various methods of treatment including McKenzie spine, Graston, myofascial release and Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation. She loves being able to work with a variety of patients of all ages and conditions. While passionate about being able to help patients in the clinic, she also loves teaching patients to be an active participant in their rehab and give them a skillset to manage their symptoms.

    Outside of work she loves traveling, trying new restaurants, running and spending time with her husband and two children.

    Many people who have failed "conventional PT” in the past find success with Dr. Schehr. He emphasizes hands-on care and uses a gentle holistic approach to address the source of the issue. He utilizes tissue-specific manual techniques for the viscera, dura, fascia, nerve, muscle, and joint, with corrective movement, posture, and breath work.

    He is a teaching assistant for the Barral Institute's entry-level Visceral Manipulation 1 and 2 courses and learns with the institute every year as he continues to refine his patient care.

Diana Stroffolino, PT, MPT
  • Diana graduated from Temple University in 2001 with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. She began her career as an inpatient rehabilitation physical therapist, working with people who suffered various neurological injuries, but quickly learned that she had a love for outpatient therapy. Diana has worked in rehabilitation hospital-based outpatient settings with a focus on older adults and completed continuing education courses for multiple different treatment methods including Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Techniques, McKenzie Spine and Maitland. In addition, Diana has worked in women’s pelvic health and vestibular therapy. Having been a patient herself, Diana is very passionate about working with people suffering from chronic pain. She enjoys staying current on all the new research and treatment techniques, which utilize her neurological background, to help provide pain relief for her patients.

    Diana lives in Delaware County with her husband, son and daughter. During her free time, she is usually involved in scout related activities or being a dance mom. She also enjoys cooking, gardening and working on creative home improvement projects.

 
Kate Tarpey
  • Kate graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Widener University. Kate is trained in the treatment of adult and pediatric pelvic floor conditions through Herman & Wallace and the APTA. She is also a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist through special training with Sarah Duvall. Kate is certified in vestibular rehabilitation through the American Institute of Balance. She has a special interest in the treatment of tendinopathies and overuse injuries with an expertise in manual therapy. Kate is passionate about individualizing treatment programs to meet the needs of her clients and get them back to doing the things they love to do.

    Kate attended Saint Joseph's University for her undergraduate degree, where she was a member of the Division I Rowing team. Outside of work, she continues to stay active on the erg and is an avid runner. Kate spends her free time with her family, at sporting events or at the beach in the summer.

Candice Trolio
  • Candice received her Bachelor’s degree from Widener University in 2016 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Alvernia University in 2020. Since graduating, Candice has worked in outpatient settings with a wide array of patients from varied backgrounds and ages including athletes, geriatric, pediatric, post-surgical, and chronic and acute pain. 

    Candice is eager to integrate holistic approaches to her treatment. She became passionate about Pilates after taking numerous classes and experienced the benefits of Pilates on the body as a whole. After a few years working in the traditional outpatient setting, Candice understood the connection between Pilates and rehabilitation and began to incorporate classical Pilates moves into her daily practice as a PT. Candice has since become Mat Pilates certified and began teaching group fitness classes, including Mat Pilates and Golf Fitness, weekly at a local gym. She is currently becoming comprehensively trained in Pilates through BASI.

    In her free time, Candice enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants in and around the city, exercising, and golfing.

Alexandra Ryan
  • Alex graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree from Pennsylvania State University and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 2021. Alex has experience working with a wide range of ages and diagnoses in outpatient settings with focus on balance training, vestibular rehabilitation, and treating various orthopedic conditions. 

    Alex became interested in Physical Therapy and the holistic approach to healing while running track and cross country during her high school years. She has continued to remain active through strength training, running, yoga, barre, and pilates. 

    As a Physical Therapist, her personal vision is to empower patients to achieve healing and recovery by active participation and lifestyle modifications. She strives to provide a creative and engaging environment for patients to surpass their therapeutic goals and gain confidence to return to full involvement in their lives. Alex is thrilled to work in such an invigorating and patient-centered environment and is inspired to further her education in Physical Therapy and pilates-based rehabilitation. 

    In her free time, Alex loves cooking, spending time at the Jersey Shore with her family, and exploring the city and outdoors with her partner and Golden Retriever puppy.

 
Elizabeth Sabatino
  • Liz completed her undergraduate degree at Nazareth College in 2021 and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2024 at Temple University. During her education at Temple, she was the Community Outreach Coordinator for the student-run pro bono clinic, and loved connecting with North Philly community members and nonprofit organizations. She has clinical experience in orthopedics, stroke, oncology and geriatrics. In her last rotation, she became passionate about working in the specialty of pelvic floor. Liz has since received specialized training through Herman and Wallace and American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and is excited to further her pelvic floor education throughout her career. Liz is passionate about the importance of meeting patients at every step of their rehab journey. She also hopes to reframe what physical therapy looks like for individuals over 65, in innovative and creative ways. Outside of the clinic, Liz enjoys indoor cycling classes, reading, going to concerts, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.

Josh Sutker
  • Josh earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Miami, Florida in 2021. Since graduating, he has worked in an outpatient orthopedic setting, treating a wide range of ages and diagnoses with a focus on restoring function and optimizing movement.

    Having experienced numerous injuries himself, Josh developed a deep passion for orthopedics and a strong appreciation for the body’s ability to adapt and heal. He takes a joint-first, biomechanical approach to care—prioritizing restoration of proper joint mechanics and improving segmental control to normalize neuromuscular function and reduce unnecessary tissue stress.

    Josh has completed extensive continuing education in manual therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation to deepen his understanding of the complex human body. His treatment style blends skilled hands-on techniques, targeted strength training, and movement retraining to create lasting, sustainable results. He is committed to helping patients not only recover from injury, but move better, build resilience, and prevent future issues.

    Outside the clinic, Josh is a semi-retired tennis player and avid pickleball enthusiast. He enjoys healthy cooking (and experimenting with new recipes), spending time with his twin, friends, and family throughout the suburbs and city, and catching a local concert or Flyers game whenever he can.

Craig Rosen
  • Craig received his Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science in 2020 from Rutgers University - New Brunswick and graduated from the University of Delaware in 2024 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Through his previous experience at the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in West Orange, NJ and SportsMed in Wayne, NJ. Craig is comfortable treating a wide range of patient populations including orthopedics, geriatrics, sports, and cardiovascular health.

    Craig's passion for becoming a DPT dates back to his high school days when he suffered a severe ankle injury from playing basketball that required surgery and physical therapy. During this time, he fell in love with physical therapy as he valued the amount of face-to-face time he had with his therapist and the individualized treatment he received. This experience made him want to pursue a career in physical therapy so he could provide patients with the same type of care and support them through every step of their rehabilitation. Craig takes pride in creating highly individualized treatment plans based on his patients' needs, and looks to incorporate new and innovative treatment methods to keep patients engaged and excited to return to physical therapy to achieve their best possible outcome.

    In his free time, Craig loves to stay active playing basketball, tennis, pickleball, and golf. He also enjoys a quiet night at home watching sports or the newest bingeable show. 

 

Pilates Instructors

 
Thalia Barrows
  • Thalia has taught dance and movement in the Philadelphia and New Jersey areas for the past thirteen years. She graduated from Temple University in 2008 with a BFA in dance. While there, she studied Pilates under Jennifer Morley and later received a comprehensive certification from Body Precision Pilates Studio in 2011. Since that time, Thalia has had the privilege of teaching Pilates to both the fitness and dance communities in the Philadelphia area, including Temple University and The Philadelphia Dance Theater. Thalia’s combined expertise in dance and Pilates gives her a unique perspective and passion for movement. She believes that Pilates, most importantly, is a way to help people. Thalia loves working with all clients, from athletes to those living with chronic pain and physical limitations, and is dedicated to helping them become strong, flexible and pain-free.

Jennifer Winnick, COTA/L
  • Jennifer graduated from Loyola College in 1991 with a B.A. in Communications. While working in financial services she decided to go back to school for Occupational Therapy and graduated from Harcum College in 1997 as a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant. She worked in pediatrics/early intervention services at The Arc of Chester County. She discovered Pilates after suffering from a back injury and realized the benefits of Pilates to regain and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Jennifer has always enjoyed being active, while growing up she played multiple sports and gymnastics was a big part of her life. Jennifer completed The Pilates Basic Mat Training in February 2013 through Body Precision in Bryn Mawr, PA. She then decided to continue her education in Pilates and continued the full comprehensive training through the Basi (Body Arts and Science International) Program at One Physical Therapy in Bryn Mawr, PA. Jennifer is passionate about sharing the benefits of Pilates so people can continue to live a healthy, active lifestyle. Joseph Pilates once said, “If your spine is inflexible at 30, you are old, if it is completely flexible at 60, you are young!” Jennifer currently resides in Wayne with her husband Tom and three boys, Christopher, Luke and Thomas.

Katie Jasmin, EdM
  • Katie Jasmin, a Rhode Island native, began studying Pilates during her undergraduate experience at Rhode Island College where she received a BA in both dance performance and music.  She began training with Jen McWalters in Pawtucket, RI in 2007, and received a comprehensive Pilates certification the following year.  She has also been certified through Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) since 2009.   She is a certified Buff Bones® instructor and has completed coursework for teaching individuals with injuries and body pathologies, and most recently she became a teacher of the GYROTONIC® method.  In addition, Katie holds a Masters of Dance Education from Temple University (2013), and studied extensively with The Center for Body-Mind Movement in somatic movement education.  Her varied experience and research in dance/movement and somatics informs her teaching and enhances her clients’ experiences.  She believes that movement is healing and that the versatility of Pilates can accommodate most any body.  She looks forward to and enjoys continuously working with a variety of individuals who love to move!

Jenna Fucetola
  • Jenna has been a mover for all her life. She was introduced to Pilates during her first year of college where a love for somatic practices developed. Jenna has used Pilates as a vital cross-training and injury rehabilitation method for her professional dancing. She has a passion for helping people create positive and functional relationships with their bodies. Jenna received her 450-hour Pilates certification in Mat, Mixed Equipment, and Reformer from Drexel Pilates. There she studied classical Pilates through the lens of biomechanics and anatomical function. While living in NYC, Jenna worked at top Pilates studios in the Upper East Side and Upper West Side, picking up more contemporary approaches. Jenna merges the best of contemporary & classical Pilates while focusing on functional movement patterns. In addition to her Pilates Certification, Jenna is certified in Neurokinetic Therapy Level 1 & 2. Jenna has a B.S. in Dance from Drexel University with minors in psychology and somatics.

Cheryl Salmon
  • Cheryl retired from her 20 year career in Loss Prevention management. She has been working at One Physical Therapy and Wellness for about 4 years. Cheryl enjoys working with the patients and staff as a front desk assistant. In her spare time she likes traveling and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Brittany Vittorio
  • Brittany graduated from West Chester University in 2014 with a bachelor's degree.  She enjoys working with patients and getting to know them, and being a friendly face when you walk through the door. She previously worked at One PT and Wellness from 2015-2017 she left to work at CHOP for 6 years, and returned to work at One PT in 2023.  Whether it's helping schedule an appointment or just having a quick chat, Brittany loves making people feel welcomed and cared for.  Outside of work Brittany loves music, specifically classic rock. She loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and  her golden doodle Archie (who sometimes makes an appearance at the office).

  • Meet Archie, our four-year-old Goldendoodle and the beloved mascot of our physical therapy office! Archie takes his job very seriously—greeting patients with a wagging tail and making everyone feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door. Whether you’re checking in or checking out, Archie would be thrilled to receive a quick pet on the head and some extra attention. When Archie isn’t hard at work at the office, you can usually find him at home keeping watch for the mailman waiting for treats or spending time with his family. Archie truly believes he’s human and insists on being part of every activity, celebration, and gathering. His sweet personality and friendly spirit bring smiles to everyone he meets!
